Compliance Is More Than a Buzz Word, It’s a Complete Operation Within Our Organization
ECP operates with a fully staffed Compliance Department to assure all product warranties are properly filed under VPP, VSC and Magnuson-Moss regulations and licenses. We are charter members of the Motor Vehicle Protection Products Association (M.V.P.P.A.) as well as the Service Contract Industry Council (S.C.I.C.).
ECP’s Compliance Department also monitors claims escalation processes and quarterly trains all consumer facing employees to maintain customer satisfaction. This includes all Consumer Relations, Customer Service, Reinsurance, and Sales Department personnel.
